Instructions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Place all the items inside a pot, heat until it reaches a light boil, stirring so the sugar melts. After that, take off the heat and leave to cool fully. Decant into an sealable bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the fridge, it can be stored for up to one month.
To make Batch Mix: Pour all the spirits and syrup into a sizeable container, allow it to infuse for one hour, then strain , ideally through a fine cloth, to ensure it's completely strained.
When ready to serve: Pour 85ml from the cocktail base to a mixing glass packed with ice, and stir lightly for a minute to chill. Pour to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries adding the final touch using a quick spritz with the mandarin essence above the glass.
